Paul Griffin is an international brand leader and strategic operator with a track record of shaping and scaling some of the most influential names in accessible luxury. Over the past two decades, he has generated over $3B in revenue growth, opened 350+ stores globally, and led 10x e-commerce expansion while building profitable, high-equity brands with strong enterprise value.

Most recently, Paul served as Global President of Good American, where he redefined the brand’s operating model for scale - strengthening DTC performance, launching a new retail concept, and expanding wholesale distribution with Macy’s and ASOS. He drove margin improvement, operational discipline and brand elevation, reinforcing Good American’s position at the intersection of culture, commerce and premium denim.

Previously, he spent nearly a decade as President & CEO of SMCP North America (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Fursac), where he architected a high-growth expansion strategy - scaling from early market entry to market leadership in accessible luxury with a profitable network of 250+ boutiques and strategic partnerships with Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.

As a key member of the SMCP global executive team, he partnered with private equity sponsor KKR to deliver double-digit CAGR and EBITDA expansion, driving a successful PE exit and a subsequent IPO on Euronext Paris, establishing SMCP as a global fashion platform.

Earlier in his career, Paul launched and led Ted Baker North America, overseeing the brand’s entry into the U.S. and Canadian markets and building a profitable and widely admired retail and distribution platform that scaled a network of 100+ boutiques. His leadership contributed to Ted Baker’s ascent as a global force in premium contemporary fashion.

Paul is recognized for balancing creative ambition with operational precision and financial discipline. A trusted partner to founders, boards and private equity investors, he brings deep expertise across market entry, international expansion, turnaround strategy, commercial model evolution and value creation.
